Ordering Information and Price List

 How to Order

 There are 4 ways to order products from the FEMA Map Service Center:
  • Order Online
    To order online use this website.  For assistance, select the help button above or call the MSC at:
    (800) 358-9616.

  • Order By Phone
    To order by phone, call the Map Service Center toll-free Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at: (800) 358-9616.

  • Order By Fax
    To order by Fax, print a copy of the MSC Order Form.   Fill out the order form and fax it to the MSC.
    The MSC Fax order line is: (800) 358-9620.

  • Order By Mail
    To order by mail, print a copy of the MSC Order Form.   Fill out the order form and mail it to the MSC at the address below:

Paper Flood Maps Each map panel cost $4.00 including index maps. $.41 per panel for the first 10 panels plus $.10 for each additional panel.
Digital Flood Maps on CD Each map panel cost $4.00. $1.75 for the first 2 CDs plus $0.25 for each additional CD.
Digital Flood Maps for online download Each map panel cost $2.50. none
Paper Flood Insurance Studies/Floodway Maps (FIS) Each FIS cost $9.00 per study volume plus an additional $4.00 for each Floodway map. FIS are available as sets only. $5.00 for the first FIS plus $.50 for each additional FIS. No shipping charged for Floodway Maps.
Digital Flood Insurance Studies/Floodway Maps (FIS) on CD $6.00 per study plus $4.00 per floodway map. $1.75 for the first 2 CDs plus $0.25 for each additional CD.
Digital Flood Insurance Studies/Floodway Maps (FIS) for online download $5.00 per study plus $2.50 per floodway map. None
DFIRM Databases for online download $10.00 per DFIRM database None
DFIRM Databases on CD $10.00 per DFIRM database
(no additional cost for ortho basemaps, where available) 		$1.75 for the first 2 CDs plus $0.25 for each additional CD.
Q3 - Digitized Flood Data Information on CD Each CD is $50.00. $1.75 for the first 2 CDs plus $0.25 for each additional CD.
Flood Map Status Information Service (FMSIS) Individual States cost $13.00, entire U.S. cost $38.00. $1.75 for the first 2 CDs plus $0.25 for each additional CD.
Letter of Map Change Subscription Service (LOMC) Single Back Issues $85.00 $1.75 for the first 2 CDs plus $0.25 for each additional CD.
